Introduction:
Emodin-8-O-β-D-glucoside is mainly distributed in Polygonum multiflorum Thunb., Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb. et Zucc., Rheumpalamatum L., Cassia obtusifolia L., and Cassiaangustifolia Vahl, Rabdosiarubescens Hara, Ampelopsis japonica Makino and other medicinal plants. Emodin-8-O-β-D-glucoside is an anthraquinone compound with obvious antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and other activities.
Chemical properties:
Light yellow powder, soluble in methanol, ethanol, DMSO and other organic solvents, derived from Polygonum multiflorum and the dried roots and rhizomes of Polygonaceae plant Rheum palmata.
